To ME!!! Today I'm 39 again. No, really. See when you have a 5 year old and a 6 year old, well, let's just say that I'm not going to have happen to me what happened to their Dad. And that would be, announcing to everyone and anyone who would listen, "My Daddy's 56 years old".
I'm not ashamed of my age (oh and by the way, I married a much older man) but really, I don't want everyone in the world knowing that fact as soon as they meet me. So, I'm 39 again today.
The only one who was skeptical was Marielle, who asked, "Can you do that?" to which I replied, "I just did".

ReplyDelete2 Years ago I did my usual birthday routine where the kids use the number line to guess my age by playing a game called Monster Squeeze. When the kids figured out I was 48 we had a little celebration....then the next day one mom told me that everywhere they went that day her daughter told EVERYONE, "My teacher's 48 years old!" Too funny!
This year will be extra special being 50....and I married a younger man LOL!
